By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following terms:

• Full price is paid at the time of purchase of pre-order.

• Time frame advised is an estimate only. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays. We will provide updates whenever it is available. 

• If for any reason (e.g. shortage of certain gemstone) we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued. 

• Price may subject to change due to latest market conditions. In this case, order cancellation is allowed or we can proceed with order after you agree and we accept the price difference.

For pre-order item, substitution to different gemstones or colored cz diamonds is possible. For example, main gemstone of a yellow citrine ring can be changed to an amethyst ring. Another example, a pair of fancy earrings made of black cz diamonds can be changed to being made of blue cz diamonds.
